I have been trying to get a response to simple questions presented via email and phone calls that I have sent to their paralegal, Heather MacGillivray, and Brent Demmitt for several months now to no avail. I suppose my next step will be contacting the Colorado Bar Association to see whether they can provide any assistance to me or not.
