Unbelievable, no logical data storage, not any form of technology to access needed documents in a timely manner. Egotistical with a southern charm, continued to interrupt my explanation of the circumstances as if I was speaking foolishly. I needed my Child custody paperwork in an emergency situation last minute, had to drive 3.5 hours to meet with local police to literally save my children from my X wife. I have full custody but did not receive the Final Decree and I needed this to insure my rights. Just very disappointed in the lack of modern technology to insure access to very important documents. Not one single computer. Very 1920s type dusty file box in some closet mentality ,which I was told was too “Last minute” to search for my paperwork!! RETIRE!! I will never do business with this Firm and I recommend anyone searching,, to look else where!!! 2023-2024 Time to update with the rest of the world!!!

Mr. McWhorter is a HomeTown man, who shoots straight from the hip. An Honorable man, honest and caring. If he can't win your case he's not going to take your case. & if he takes it then you're pretty much guaranteed to win it. If he can give you information on the phone then he does that instead of making you come in & pay. My family's used him for at least 35 years.
