I picked this firm through MetLife legal network after carefully comparing the credentials of the lawyers from many in-network firms. They are very professional, friendly, and responsive. The entire closing experience was very smooth. With a very simple questionnaire, they helped me draft the purchase contract. I was really impressed as it was very well drafted, simple, clear, and concise, much better than those lengthy contracts prepared by the brokers. Both the seller and I have been very satisfied with their service. I would definitely highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs to close on home purchase or refinance.
