I was a beneficiary in my dads last will and testament whom Sherrets typed up for my dad. My oldest sister was the executor and spoke to my dad how everything would go. The executor turned my dad against my two other siblings so her and I were the only two in the will clearly stating we split all his assets. I received no help from Sherrets during the process before probate in fact had to call him several times for a copy of the will because the executor was giving me the runaround for some reason or another. I did some research on line for myself trying to get familiar with the process of what I am entitled to as a beneficiary. However I did have a question for Sherrets and asked if the executor provides descendents beneficiaries an accounting of all assets and distributions. At that time Sherrets reply was that ohio does not require accounting. What? It took a simple search to find out he was lying. I later found out that Sherrets was stalling so he could transfer the money that I was entitled to directly to the executors account. The probate court will never have the correct accounting to disburse fairly when a attorney like Sherrets is bias towards one beneficiary over the other. Please do your due diligence before hiring this attorney if you want to avoid any family squabbles.

Very knowledgeable and helpful in the areas of Power of Attorney for a mentally incompetent spouse. Additionally, made sure my will and power of attorney for medical and finances were updated and provided to my primary care doctor and best friend. So easy to put off taking of yourself when your loved one is a handful. Clear guidance when you are overloaded. My stress melted away.
