I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with Matthew Ceriale. He lied to his firm and used private conversations to bill me more than I should have been. He was supposed to be the one in charge, but in front of me, he denied it. It took over a year and a half to file a visa that I didn't even request – and it was the wrong visa! They stole $15,000 from me and did nothing to find an agreement to refund me or cover their mistakes. As always, they will deny and say it was not true or I didn't understand, even though I have all the proof to show otherwise. I do not recommend working with this law firm: Shumaker. They are liars, the managers validate the lies of their team (even when they have no proof), and they don't answer to the clients. If I could give 0/5, I would. Please don't waste your money and go work with real professionals! They are the worst business I have ever worked with.
I attended an interview at this firm. Unfortunately I had a few setbacks during communication for the interview. Regrettably there was also and accident on the route I was traveling to the interview which made me very late; I had to take an alternate route. Adding to that, my GPS misdirected me so I had a time finding the parking garage. The entire time that I called to the company a few times, each staff who took my calls were so patient and personable. I was still permitted my interview. The three interviewers were also very kind, hospitable and made me to feel quite comfortable. I enjoyed meeting and communicating with everyone. Thank you, staff at Shumaker, et al.
