When you are paying them to file bankruptcy, you should put the money aside and don't give payments unless your sure you are going to file! If you change your mind, they will keep $200.00 for them selves and money for doing the credit responsibility. I can see paying for the certificate. Knowing that you are hitting already asks insist I keeping money for services not handled is B.S!! As if they need to keep money they didn't earn!! Yet they won't file until fully paid. That's a crook!!!

Just completed a Chapter 13 with the long 36 month road to discharge that I thought would never arrive.
