I do not know if I call him a dentist or not, I think he is nothing professional and clean the office is horrible, it does not fill health department requirements, no sterilization of instruments, if visited by the health department They would close the office. He does not pay the laboratory bills and the phones do not work because they are cut for lack of payment. I saw several cases as laboratory that were impossible to elaborate for lack of quality in its process. I would not recommend it to anyone as a professional or as a person because they do not respond in any way.
I have gone to Richard for over 20 years,his office is clean he is professional,and extremely accommodating,always there for emergencies
