Has done absolutely nothing. I have tried over the past year to contact Michael to submit new diagnosis/medical paperwork. The only time he has ever called me back is when I removed him from my case, he didn’t want to and wanted to play difficult and told me I needed to write a letter to Social Security office stating he is no longer my attorney. This is written documentation as far as the state that silver and Archibald does not represent me. I have verbally told them they are no longer my attorneys and that I needed paperwork stating he is no longer my attorney so I could obtain a new attorney. Stay FAR away. UPDATE: Since leaving this review he has withdrawn him self with the SS office. So that is a plus.

I am so incredibly impressed with, and thankful for, the team at Silver & Archibald. They have helped me with 2 Social Security disability cases, and were able to get both approved at the hearing level with a judge...both cases had been denied twice when we attempted the process without representation. The attorneys that represented us at the hearings were both amazing, and extremely knowledgeable. Mr. Silver and the rest of the staff kept me informed and made sure I understood everything every step of the way. If you need an attorney for a disability related matter, this group truly is amazing.

They took full advantage of me!! I have a rare neurological muscle disease known as Myasthenia Gravis! It fully affects my eyes, double vision & droopy eyelids! It affects my entire body but my eyes are in terrible condition. Being nervous and my eyes in terrible condition, I was unable to fully read the contract, which was noted. Instead of the lawyer helping me or telling me what was left he made me sign. Now that I’m much older, I can officially say sign under duress. When I went in front of the judge the 1st time I was denied, and another woman in the practice represented me. She quit before I went BACK in front of the judge. I also made sure after every appointment I took my own medical records in! At my 2nd hearing I was finally represented by the lawyer I originally signed the contract with. Mind you I had never talked to him between hiring him and my 2nd hearing other than 5 minutes the day before. While I was approved, he received $6,000! as a single mother with 3 kids, I fought hard for 5 years to get disability. He instead went and filed for MORE money! Now I do not receive money for 2 months because of Michael Keene’s GREED!!!! I hope he’s happy he just made a single mother without money to pay her bills and even afford Christmas!!! He literally just signed my eviction notice!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!
