I have never dealt with a law firm that was rude and unprofessional before. They do not communicate with the realtors effectively, especially during the transaction. I have left voicemails and sent emails with no response while awaiting a close date for my seller. My seller has been keeping me in the loop. I would not recommend this law firm going forward and it’s a shame after I have spoken to Phil about my concerns.
Sam and his staff are true experts when in comes to real estate transactions.
Extremely unprofessional at all levels. Do your legal business elsewhere.
