Do NOT use this law firm. I have/had a signed contract with them that spelled out what I was able and not able to do when my settlement was reached. Without a care they went and settled it against the direction of the contract and basically said "it is what it is" Give your business to a law firm that honors their contractual obligations and stay far away from this one. 0 stars, they are worthless.
I finally feel like someone is going to look into my case. Kris helped me get paperwork done, patiently and friendly. I strongly recommend them if you want to be listed to and want professionals that will really try to help you.
This company contacted me about the hair straightener lawsuit. After signing your life over. They say they are calling with updates but only ask the same questions you previously answered during the initial consultation, including the paperwork you signed with the complaint to agree to have 2 different attorneys at 50% which won't effect your settlement wink wink. Only to waste your time for 3 months then advise hysterectomy is not covered. I called them on their BS and they dropped my case because there are no updates. They probably already have the settlement and is running that money through their company to gain interest. These people don't even know what a relaxer is !
I would like to say that Kris has been so kind, considerate, respectful and patient with me. I hope he tells his mother that I said she should be very proud of him. I have spoke with him twice and he walked me through every step and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I'll look forward to talking with him in the future.
Kris has been compassionate and competent. He has walked me through the paper work, and was helpful answering any questions related to my case. If you can request him when you call I'm sure you will be pleased.
