Would give them a lump of coal if I could!! The worst experience with the attorney, he did not want to do a job that he is getting paid for, he said my property was not worth the time to do an exam which is the most important step to purchasing a property.. so if your property is not valued at 6 figured don’t waist your time with this guy! The Secretary was more respectful and understanding than the attorney. Pitiful place in my opinion..

Horrible!!! Me and my daughter were greeted by an awful ill mannered lady after which we waited in the lobby for 15 mins past our appointment before it was even announced that we had arrived. Simpkin pretty much blew us off after he finally talked us. I wouldn't recommend Simpkin and Simpkin.

Kirk handled a speeding ticket I received while passing through his area on the way back to Virginia. I was very happy with the result. I would recommend him highly.
