This business got 25% of all my commission checks and every salary check for 4 months. Pretty tough chunk regardless of MS garnishment laws. I finally borrowed money to pay them off bc it was an easier payoff option. Until they sent my employer a letter saying it was paid in full the garnishment kept getting deducted. There was an exact amount on the judgment given to my employer to withhold from me and the amount I pd is clearly over the amount of garnishment amount. YET they would not give my employer legal or required stop or pd in full letter until THEY the law firm said it was pd. I asked for my payment history so my employer and me could see why their total didnt match the original judgement and what I pd OVER. I still haven't received ANY proof of the amount they received or didnt, most less the OVERPAYMENT! They owe me money back by my records and my employer records. My requests have been ignored and the representative has put me off everytime I try to follow up to understand where the error falls. Says his manager has lists of requests from people and mine is in line. Like weeks now. It's a pretty easy request that I should honestly be able to keep for documentation of payoff. There seems to be no supervisor or manager OR any person available to help me but this ONE guy. I owed money I agree SO paid the amount, i also OVER paid it due to some error that I seem to have no right to know ab? Not sure what else could be going on but this is a total horrible representation of a law firm.

I don’t Norma leave reviews, but I’m not sure if it’s the high power or what, but the most rudest nonchalant peoples I’ve ever spoken too over the phone! I’m glad my garnishment is almost complete so I won’t ever have to get back in this situation and deal with people’s like this again. If I could give no reviews I would.

Keep getting threatening calls to take more money from me even tho I'm driving to go pay for a car that they have from a dealership that no longer exist..waited five or six years so,it could be easier to play me&to boost up interest rate..now they wanna take what doesn't belong to them.Very Sad People ???? Manipulation at its Finnest

If I could, I would give them a 0! I wasn't given a copy of my garnishment orders. After taking payments out of my payroll check, I called and paid them in full. Now, I'm trying to contact this firm about my refund for overpayment and to send the paperwork to my employer about my account paid in full and no one will answer the phone. Just sad!

Over paid a garnishment by $6000. I was told I would receive a refund check by mail. Well that was 3 weeks ago and they are still garnishing my pay. When I call to get information or a release order no one answers the phone.
