Do not recommend for elder law work! Hired Aaron Simpson to help with multiple transactions required as a result of a parent going into a nursing home. Inital work was great; saved us considerable money. But that attention to my work faded. Was promised a document required to complete a Medicaid application. Missed his promised deadline and failed to return several attempts to contact him. Medicaid does not care why you miss a deadline--you just go back to the end of the line. So I had to prepare the form. Then he had the nerve to bill me when it was finally delivered 2 weeks after it was due to Medicaid. Secondly, he omitted an important and commonly used line in the will he drew up. Had that parent pre-deceased the one in the nursing home, all our efforts, energy and money would have been wasted. We would have lost everything.
