I spoke with Matt Andrew today. Matt was incredibly helpful, and has a ton of knowledge regarding the law. I couldn't recommend a better lawyer. Matt is also extremely easy to talk to, and willing to listen with any concerns you may have.

Lawyer was absent, 2 years fighting just for him to tell me he can't do anything. I ended up closing on our claim and he put a lien on my claim. He wanted me to get back surgery so we could raise the claim. After I didn't want to he broke contact and forced me to settle myself. I've never been in this situation and if it to leave me with a sour feeling was not enjoyable. I even had to pay hospital bills myself because he didn't want to do all the extra paperwork to get them paid before me. 0 Starz. Please don't waste your time and life here. Edit, Why would I break contact if I wanted my money. no sane human would hire a attorney at 33% of the settlement value and than ignore him. I am sorry that we live in a system where even your own lawyers screw you over and still get paid. no need to respond, im just another number in your folders.
