I hired Stephanie as my attorney back in February when the ISP falsely charged me with obstruction/resisting after a traffic accident (in a snowstorm, on I-55, in which I totaled my vehicle). Stephanie and I both agreed a bench trial was the best route to take after the states attorney refused to drop the charges all together at my pre trial hearing. Stephanie got my obstruction/resisting charge completely thrown out and got 4 of the 5 traffic tickets thrown out. The only thing I was found guilty on was a traffic ticket for an expired registration sticker, which I’ll rightfully take. Without Stephanie getting the misdemeanor charge dropped, my job was in jeopardy, as was my reputation.
