Since moving to Charles Town, The Skinner Law Firm has been helping my family and I with various issues. They are professional, and more helpful than I realized. Also, they treat you more than just a client, they treat you as a friend. I appreciate the efforts of the Skinner Law Firm, they are definitely the people to see if you need legal assistance.

When a propane company charged me a tank rental fee when they had told me they did not do that, I followed the contract, gave them verbal then written notice that I was terminating the contract. That was in May 2023. After multiple phone calls and letters asking them to remove their propane tank from my yard, six (6) months had elapsed, and the tank had not been removed. I contacted Skinner Law Firm and Stephen Skinner helped me understand my legal rights and my options: Whether or not I now owned the tank or if I had to have it disconnected and shifted into my yard so that a new tank from another company could be installed and used with cold weather already here. This might not seem especially important but with night temperatures in the 20s, having heat and staying warm was very important to me and Stephen Skinner understood this priority. Andrew Skinner, Traci, Brie, and Tara, and Tammy are a remarkable team with understanding what a person goes through after severe injury...I had trouble with a few situations, and thanks to all it was resolved..When they state we are family, you are treated just that "family".
