After filing my case for me they did nothing else. I had to make sure the proper paperwork got to the right people. When I called they told me the James would call me back I waited a week he never did. Then after I fired them James (the lawyer) stated he would make a note of it, then he told a lie to social security (that he’s still my lawyer)and still got paid. I don’t recommend anyone use this law firm. They started off good but after a few months I was lied too and ignored.

Howard Slusky is a great attorney! And if your looking for a good attorney, call them. They are great! Very personable and friendly, timely with call backs and emails. And what's good is your case doesn't get handed off to an associate, the lawyer you start with is the lawyer that represents you through out the entire process. I highly recommend them!

Howard Slusky is very professional, efficient, and acts quickly! Howard was very nice and caring! Explained the procedure thoroughly! Had my case appealed within one day after speaking with him. The negative reviews is completely ridiculous! These attorneys don't even get paid unless they win your case! They have to ask questions in order to know if your case is strong enough to win! I would definitely recommend him! He has over 40 years experience!

I highly recomend Slusky and Walt! Not only was Mr. Slusky able to win my case he also convinced the judge to overturn a prior judges denial decision therefore allowing my case to go back four years and resulting in me being awarded a large amount of back benefits. The Staff was alway professional and friendly and answered my quesions and returned my phone calls. I was extremly happy that they did not just throw me to the side because I was under 50. They seen that I was disabled and they took charge.

I would strongly recommend Slusky and Walt. They review my case after another attorney screwed up my case. The Attorney seen that I was done wrong , not only did he take the case and fight for me . Slusky and Walt were able to have the judge overturned the previous judge and go back the whole 5 years. If that is not a excellent , professional that cares about his clients then I dont know who is. Sam Burstein office took 4 yrs ,never faught and refused to fight the decision even though they knew it was wrong. SLUSKY AND WALT TOOK THE CASE AND HAD IT ALL OVERTURNED AND WON IN ABOUT A YEAR.
