Extremely poor customer service. They have threads where users can help answer eachothers questions, which usually ends up being a bash-fest. We will be looking for another service soon. nnAlso you arent able to do more than 1 conditional format, which everyone agrees is severly limiting. nnI would love to see them make a change for the better because they have so much potential to be great.
I love using smart-sheet for my office but trying to get in touch with them to help with basic troubleshooting issues is very annoying. Customer service should be top priority to a business or brand especially when the customer is paying to use the service. nThey need to correct this issue and fast. You call the number provided and everything is automated , I personally hate those.
I am a lawyer and I don't have time to learn Excel from the ground up. That is one reason I love Smartsheet. Easy to learn and use with great support. As I become more proficient in Smartsheet I am becoming more comfortable with Excel too!nnThanks. Great product!
Well I was loving smartsheet, used it for everything for all my files the last 6 weeks and today we can't access anything. I called all the numbers and get a full voicemail box. Even their office line. What is going on?
