I have been waiting for a couple thousand dollar retainer to be sent back to me. After the few times I got ahold of someone, I never got an answer as to what is going on. Now they don't even answer or call back. I can only assume I have to call the bar association at this point.

Very unprofessional! The firm was hired to handle my closing. They neglected to inform us about entering the final reading of the propane tank into the contract, which costs us about $600. We contacted them to help us in recovering the funds and their unwillingness to help added to the terrible experience. Customer service and professionalism is not their strong suit. There are many other real estate law firms around, choose one of them.

Contacted their office via email twice after emailing all initially requested information. Called the office and spoke to the legal assistant/secretary three times, in a span of the week (I gave them my name and phone number again). Was promised to hear back from them on three occasions, to no avail. First time experiencing such poor customer service.

We have used the firm's expert lawyers for all of our real estate transactions. They are prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. Their fees are reasonable too.

Attorney Spall handled our house closing when we sold our house in Hawley. The necessary paperwork was never completed and we are still getting utility bills from the Hawley area 3 months after the closing.
