James Spann is one of the worst attorneys I have ever dealt with - and I have dealt with some terrible attorneys. He helped the opposing party more than me, failed to properly communicate, and was so negligent I had to file a grievance. He is complete trash and an actual idiot.

Can I give zero stars? Where to start… How about when you call the number there is a phone menu to choose one of three attorneys. Only problem James Spann is the only attorney I ever saw in that office. I hired him to do a routine real estate transaction and he dragged it out for nearly a year. Usually there was no one at the office and no sign saying back soon etc. he didn’t answer or return phone messages… And to top it off, my understanding is that he is some sort of a judge in the city of Dunkirk! Recommend them to your enemies! LOL

He needs to retire not good at all

Always straightforward with you and I have not lost a case with James so far.
