Insulting, rude, and arrogant.I was referred to Mr. Jackson by a national website. He promptly called me with instructions for my disability appeal. He called me several times to follow up without my prompting . I followed his instructions. Three months passed before I called back. As soon as he heard the word "homeless" he interrupted me, accusing me of "talking over him", informing me that I was not his client.He had kindly "given me free advise". He said he only took clients that came into his office, refusing to give me the address. I texted him on the number he gave me to clarify my position. His reply " Stop texting my private number or I will swear out a warrant for harassing communication against you. Thanks." He threatened me instead of apologizing for his behavior.

Not veteran friendly. "It's to complicated" in a less than 3 minute phone conversation, interrupting, talking over, and cutting me off before I could finish a complete sentence then immediately denied to help, referring me to call someone in Dothan. This guy should really state on his website -I don't deal with veterans I just like to appear that way because it looks good for my ego-.
