After my dad passed, I was unsure of how to proceed with filing the death claim with Workers Comp. I came across Mr. Spears information in my dad's paperwork and reached out to him. He was compassionate, knowledgeable and helpful in navigating through an exhausting experience during the most difficult time of my life. The Ohio Bureau of Worker's Compensation is not easy to deal with and do not care if you are doing things properly (they prefer you don't so it's less to deal with.) Fortunately, Mr. Spears is highly experienced in dealing with OHBWC and helped my father, then my family, retrieve our benefits. I can't tell you how much I appreciate Mr. Spears and his staff. After a very stressful experience, he made things progress smoothly and I will never forget his kindness.
These ppl are the BEST! My 1st time injured on job...I did not sweat nothing! Your biggest mistake would be not to call them. You will be very satisfied. They are very dedicated to "you" and resolve in a timely manner. You can't go wrong with Spears &Marinakis.
I went in this office in 2013 and was greeted by the late secretary Vicki. I then went in and met Dave and I knew right away he would take care of my workers comp needs. I’m not sure exactly when I met Matt and the secretary Shelly, but they always treated me like I mattered and took care of every situation that I was confronted with throughout my workers comp situation. Dave, Matt, Shelly and the late secretary Vicki are/was top notch and I give them 5 stars and highly recommend them. Thanks for the 7yrs of hard work for me and always taking care of every situation that arose in my workers comp battle.
