Day 1 I actually spoke with a human. Day 2 had my acceptance letter (I do not remember legally what it is called). From that point forward my random questions were always answered by actual people answering the phone. The process was detailed and intricate. There was not one stone left unturned in the details. Neal Bridges is the BEST!! We were successful the very first go round of mediation!!! Thank you Neal and your wonderful staff!!

Jackson Spencer Law, and Neal Bridges, truly exceeded my expectations. They were there for me during a very tough time, and I'm grateful for their help. They were absolutely amazing, staring down a legal team that was more than triple their size in opposition. They hung on till the bitter (yet successful!) end, not allowing any intimidation tactics to deter them from what they knew was right. I will be forever grateful to the entire team and it makes me happy to know that they are out there, fighting the good fight.

Considering they advertise they assist with EEOC Complaints and Disability Act issues but responded my issue is something they can not assist with although my issue pertains to both. No feedback as to why they can not assist only information for other firms like theirs. I can only assume one reasoning why they are unwilling to assist with my issue. Systematic racism is very pertinent in both our local, state and federal government but it begins with those whom are appointed to represent us. This is definitely not the constitution I fought in Iraq to defend. Your response is unhelpful but thank you for at least responding publicly considering I received no response to my general question as to why my issue was not considered. I am not angry in the least just asking for clarity. But ok it's over I was wronged yet again ???????????
