There are just a couple times in my life when I felt helpless. Just a couple of times when I didn't have all the answers and needed help. My daughter's accident was one of these times. I can't get into the details -unfortunately- but as my child lay in a hospital bed due to the negligence of someone else, my emotions ranged from rage to uncertainty and back to rage. She was the conduit for almost everything and had the answers to all of our questions. If she didn't have the answer immediately, she took time to get it and called us back ASAP. Lastly, I'd be re-miss if I didn't mention his negotiation skills. Seeing some one be so calm and cool throughout the process transform into a master negotiator was impressive to see.
