Bad lawyer. Did not do nothing to help my case. Sat on it for 3 weeks. I had to do all the initial leg work with UMC and Cigna. The I told him what he is doing and he was so rude. Now, I am getting 3 separate bills from his crooked doctor he recommended for 592.00 for each of my children. I did not want to send my kids to his crooked doctor but he insisted. They were not hurt in the accident, just my wife. He told me the doctor is cheap and he would take the money out of the settlement. He never did. Trust me, never use a lawyer. They all suck! I could have went with the responsible party's insurance (Allstate) and they would have given me 15,000 directly, instead of the lawyer and his criminal doctor tasking a good portion of it.

My niece died in a tragic accident in Oct and this firm posted on their blog site promoting their services so I contacted them. An intake person contacted me right away and sent documents for my sister to sign. My sister flew from Guam to Cali to take care of the burial arrangements and meet with these guys to appoint me the contact. I followed up with them late Nov and still haven't heard from them.
