Although I was not a direct client I am sharing the experience I saw my mother deal with this firm. In the beginning her time with the firm was great, but unfortunately now that the relationship has ended (after almost 2 years) she is without a doubt deeply disappointed and left scrambling to find legal counsel elsewhere. Initially, my mom chose this firm because of their reputation and expertise and assurance that they could resolve the matter. After all this time the issue remains unresolved, which is incredibly disheartening. Recently, she received notice that they would be withdrawing as her legal representation. This decision felt abrupt and left us questioning whether my mom was dropped as a client without a proper explanation. The lack of transparency is concerning, especially considering the amount of money she has invested in their services. I would advise anyone considering this law firm to proceed with caution. It’s crucial to feel supported and valued as a client, and unfortunately her experience turned out to be the opposite. UPDATE - There response told me everything I needed to know. I know all the facts and the firm wasn’t honest about there reason for withdrawing. Also the pro bono part is false as payments were being made monthly.

So all the horrible attorney jokes and references that you’ve ever heard… They are true. Basically was told that because they cannot milk my situation for additional money that they were not willing to help me. Anybody that’s ever been in a car wreck knows that sometimes you don’t start exhibiting symptoms for weeks or even months. And yet because I did not call them the day of the accident they’re unwilling to help me out. Thanks for nothing.
