I expressed interest with my financial adviser in getting my legal house in order and he gave me Scott's name. From the moment I called to make that first informational appointment, I knew this was going to be a positive relationship. I was emailed a packet for me to complete prior to my first meeting which helped me understand the information I needed to provide in order to create an estate planning portfolio tailored to my needs. I arrived for that informational appointment and stepped in to the office of Squillace & Associates on the 7th floor of a beautiful brownstone on Commonwealth Ave. I was greeted warmly by the office staff and when Scott came out to escort me in to the conference room, I immediately felt at ease by his informal demeanor and sociable personality, all the while exhibiting the utmost of professionalism. The process of creating an estate planning portfolio was explained to me in detail and my first planning session was then scheduled. I met with Scott over the course of 7 weeks to create an estate planning portfolio which included components I have desired to complete for many years but just never got around to it. Scott explained it all in such a way that I could understand and while the direction was in my complete control, he offered suggestions tailored to my needs and wishes after spending time getting to know me and my family. My portfolio is complete but I will meet with Scott one more time. Upon his suggestion, I will be returning in the near future with those who will serve as my successor Trustee so that they may also benefit from the education Scott gave me!

A bunch of frauds, it should also be made clear and public that I was told by two persons Desiree and Maureen that I would be hired. I had to reach out to this office multiple times to get a straight answer as to what was going on with my employment status. I’m sure it would’ve been safe to assume that I was not going to be hired due to the huge amount of time that had passed between when I was told I would be contacted ..omicron…and finally until I actually got to speak to someone. I completely understand that Covid is largely to blame, however I was not contacted a single time. There’s courtesy in communication, but this firm missed the mark.
