Our initial phone message was never returned. Contacted through email when we did not hear back. Response was slow. Despite clearly laid out timelines, staff did not provide timely response or information.

Dana (and Amanda) were extremely helpful. They were honest with me, explained all the options available in a way I understood, and helped make a bad experience a little more positive.
