I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst attorney I’ve ever worked with. Told me to get all this paper work for my custody case and tells my exes attorney I’m “unreasonable” when I was doing what he said! Left me unprofessional rude voicemails because he couldn’t keep his own sh.t together. ZERO movement on his end the whole time. The only thing he got accomplished was sending me a bill for doing NOTHING. He was FIRED. Still sends me a bill tho.. pathetic. AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY HERE.
Applied for disability through this office. The attorney was unprofessional, used fowl language, racist comments, and did not know we were there to see him on 2 different occasions. He came to his appointment in fleece pants and accused me of interrupting his massage on one occasion. The staff and the attorney were never on the same page. They did not return phone calls, failed to appeal correctly and timely. Numerous trips were made to the office for appointments that lasted 10 minutes.
My wife and I was charged in Pulaski County. We hired Dale Starks. We gave him $4000 in cash. I fired him after a couple of weeks of him being my attorney due to lack of movement on his end. I never received any of my money back. My wife just got a final bill of $3435. He is not a great attorney two weeks before trial. He was in Argentina. It is not our fault that he cannot communicate with the prosecution. He waited till the last week of trial to hurry up and try to get a last-minute plea agreement. Two out of the five co-defendants had public defenders and got a better deal. If you guys get in trouble in pulaski county, please do not hire Dale Stark. You will regret it. he is a very money hungry attorney.
He's very passionate about his work and he's realistic for those in certain situations. You can tell he's doing what he loves. An update is needed. The staff is very polite and beyond professional, but Starkes just takes on to much not giving him enough time to better prepare for cases. There were times I handed legit proof over and it was not presented in court which in the end it made me look like a terrible human being. All's I wanted was to protect my kids but every time I turned around I was being forced to sign a contract with near none say so in any of it. Hes a good attorney when he has the time, but when hes so caught up expect to get basically shoulder shrugged.
He knows why.. you can't be convicted of something if you are never charged.
