I have consulted extensively with Sarah Sulak concerning guardianship issues for a disabled sister who lives in nursing home, how to handle money properly for medicaid (although we had already done her medicaid spend down when we started working together) and random, sometimes unusual problems that have cropped up. Sarah is kind, warm, very smart, grounded, proactive, practical and well informed. What more could you want in an elder care attorney? Initially I worked with both Scott Stebler and Sarah together and he is just as good. They are very well networked in the eldercare world in Central Texas and full of good ideas and recommendations. Stebler & Sulak are also efficient and fair in their billing practices. We have not needed smelling salts (to be revived after fainting) after receiving a legal bill from them yet.
