Melissa Schwartz worked on the Georgia June Cowling estate. Mrs Cowling pasted away in May of 2015. Her developmentally challenged son was appointed conservator because Medicaid was dropping their claim because it was obvious Mr Cowling was developmentally challenged. Without an evaluation & given conservatorship Mr Cowling sold 1875 s Washington st denver co 80210 to Denver Real Estate company II LLC(DREC),owned by Justin Spensley. Jon Sullivan, a DREC agent admitted to providing alcohol & strong hash concentrates at signing in the back porch of the home for sale,which had no power or water. DREC bought the home for $10,000. A home they listed for sale for $450k in Febuary. Melissa Schwartz failed in every way. Mr Cowling was forced to sell to DREC for $245k with $30k down & payment around $900/month . Who wants to sell their mom's home to crooks that just tried to steal it? Melllissa Schwartz became the conservator of Mr Cowling. Mr Cowling was told that he had to wait for any money because Melissa Schwartz needed to get paid first & that she may loan him some money. Mr Cowling isn't allowed to call her office but she continues to bill him at a rate up to $300/hr. Mr Cowling has never been rude. He just didnt want to sell to crooks & who would give such a great financing deal as well. Mr Cowling has $30k on Febuary 15th & only received $500 on the day they were trying to forcible evict him & put him in a hotel. nI,Daniel McAuley, have fed Mr Cowling & provided him with friendship & money. He has helped mecrecover from a serious can accident. I filed an ADA complaint & Melissa Schwartz has had delayed paying me until after the eviction causing me to be unable to register & fix my rv. the $2900 I have receipts from my mom paying Mr Cowling monthly payments to be paid to me in a lump some...now Mr Cowling,developmentally disabled & myself,injured physically, are struggling because we screamed bloody murder & believe that this is unjust & i filed a complaint
