Attended a recent video seminar on Covid or No Covid, related to debt. Great information, solid explanation of material and willing to offer an initial consult using multiple methods (phone, video, in-person). Also provides books on the subject matter free when you are a registered participant.

The worst experience I have ever had from an attorney was with Jeff Linden. I paid his $1500.00 to assist me with an IRS tax issue. He never did anything that he wrote in the contract we both agreed to and signed. I waited months and he blamed it on the pandemic, yet I we signed the contract many months before the pandemic. The only thing he did do was complete a power of attorney form incorrectly and I am not sure he ever followed up and fixed that problem. I cannot speak about Thav Gross PC as a practice but I can say that Jeff Linden is one of the attorneys at that practice and he is a loser. Don't ever ask him to do anything because he just can't handle the simplest thing.
