First lets start with the effort that Kennedy puts forth and that is none. Happy to accept anything and everything the judge or any lawyer going against him propose he will not do anything to prevent or fight against. he simply accepts whatever they offer then tells you its best to accept. He made a huge mistake filing the correct motion showing he was clueless at the case I ended up losing my case because of it 3 times having to pay out an insane amount set by the judge at which Kennedys response was we did what we could as he smiled and joked with the lawyers we were up against completely unprofessional and careless and to top off sent an invoice for an additional 600 dollars. if you want to waste an insane amount of money hire this firm and you won't need preparation to lose your case they'll do for you.
