I randomly got a fake printed and obviously fraudulently written check for 2000 sum odd dollars that appears to be wrote by Stephen d peterson LLC...i tried to call this office and nothing and I dont want to throw this check away if it is evidence of a scam but don't know who to contact about this because there has to me more floating around if I got one....i mean I don't even know whk this is or why they are sending me a fake or stolen check in the uses and the mailing address is from Anaheim and from RAK construction co... i don't like this one bit though

I am a legal assistant for Stephen D. Petersen. The posts concerning checks issued by our office is due to fraudulent activity from another source. Those checks were not issued by our office and the account linked to the checks does not exist. There has been a police report filed with the City of Rainier concerning this issue.
