Do not use this guy. He will not help the innocent. He does not fight for you. Way too expensive for a good for nothing lawyer. My case was simple, thought a good lawyer would help me. Did not. The man i was arrested with repeatedly was in and out of jail after the case at hand. He had 4 times the ammount of convictions. I was left with twice the amount of probation, twice the fines, and one huge lawyer bill.

Talk with Mr. Brownlow for about 30 mins to an hour. We talked about 285 before it was 285. He talked about all of the employees of Rockdale that he knew (which is where my concern for a Love one resided) I requested the records from a previous lawyer(Habeas unsuccessful). Mr. Brownlow sent me a letter about 2-3 weeks with my money stating he could not help and for me to pick up the file because it was too big to mail. I get there thinking its the whole file and it was mainly the file I emailed his receptionist! Very disappointed in the criminal system in Georgia and more disappointed in the lack of paid help. He did give me all of my money back.
