I naively hired this attorney to represent the best interests of my minor child as the guardian ad litem during a child custody case. From the very start as my child's GAL Mr. Wolkin repeatedly missed scheduled appointments. He also attempted a home visit on the wrong day. When asked to recuse himself of this appointment he became bellicose and exhibited incredulousness when his professionalism was questioned by my attorneys. Mr. Wolkin clearly also had a very difficult time maintaining even a simple understanding of facts and events. An inordinate amount of my time was spent correcting the repeated factual mistakes that would almost invariably end up in a deluge of unnecessary emails and correspondence. Belying his own advice to newly appointed GAL's his invoices for services were incomplete and vague. Mr. Wolkin also engaged in questionable misrepresentations to other principles involved in this complex custody case. Mr. Wolkin repeatedly filed motions which according to this concerned and loving father were totally at odds with the charge he was given, that being the best interest of my child. Research Mr. Wolkin's conduct as an attorney and GAL online before you utilize his substandard services.

Mr. Wolkin is worth every dime that you pay for his services. I have had a lot of experience with attorneys and he is the best of the best. He is the lawyer many lawyers go to for advice because he has decades of experience. He is literally probably one of the best.
