Went in for a consultation, straight up told me “this isn’t what an adults budget should look like”, only because I don’t pay major bills besides my car. He later asked me why I wanted to file, my answer wasn’t good enough for him, and he started raising his voice saying how me filing was pointless and a waste of time. Extremely rude, I don’t recommend going to him for anything.

If only we took a picture of the confederate flag he has framed on his walls so people can really understand. Very rude , condescending, uncooperative, just not the person to turn to when you need help . People need help Steve . You don’t help them . All these terrible reviews you have on your website and you still feel as if all these people were in the wrong and that you did everything right ? You yelled at a woman ? You hung up on a potential client’s face ? Regardless of what the situation is , as a QUALIFIED ATTORNEY, why are you yelling at people ? You went through several years of school , can’t you use your words in a more calm and effective manner so that the problem can be solved . Never mind the other people you mistreated, You were very rude to me . I came to you for help , not to judgement and criticism. That’s just not what an attorney is for . Give it up.

I hired Mr. Harrell approximately 4 years ago to handle the adoption of my, now, legal daughter. He came recommended for this field and we checked the reviews..... Not very good as what we found. Most concentrated on his demeanor, or as I call it "desk side manner".I can't say that I disagreed too much after our consultation but was assured, by him, that he knew how to do what he was going to do. We hired him. He did exactly what he said he was going to, for the price we agreed upon, and better/faster than expected! I WILL use him again if I ever need an attorney in any of the fields he represents! In my eyes, efficiency and reality are not defined by my judgment, only by his success. No doubt, he was very successful. My wife and I will be forever grateful for the services that Mr Harrell offered us, and in the courthouse on that day, we even had a photo made with him.

Never ever would I deal with this rude, unprofessional place. Wouldn’t recommend it for anyone. Steve was very rude and hung up dead in my face when I was being very courteous.

Well, they answer the phone and try to answer questions but after that is fairly downhill. If he doesn't understand what the problem is, he doesn't schedule and appointment or give you fees to proceed. The conversation just gets awkward with someone telling you they don't understand in an aggravated tone. I will keep looking for patient, qualified contract representation.
