From start to finish, the team at Spectrum Portland is amazing. From check in, to the PA ,s I saw Ben, professional and attentive. I had carpal tunnel surgery with Dr Barr. He was very professional without being stuffy. Humorous while being professional. I had a previous injury in my wrist that required nerve surgery abs he was excited to see it. He explored the work done previous, took care of my issue and as everyone knows, once you have the surgery, the pain ends. As was in my case. Two weeks later, I see him again and we talk about how well the previous surgeon did and that I should have zero complications. 5 stars for him and his team. Thank you

Dr Barr took the time to listen to what my issue was in a very comprehensive manner explained to me what his opinion was and how this could be addressed. I did not feel as if I was treated like a slab of meat with a copay, he showed genuine concern and understanding. In today's fast-moving and high pressure get them and get them out typical medical practices his efforts deserve a more than five star rating.

Dr Stephen Barr is a busy surgeon who always has listened without rushing, been honest and caring with his assessment , and is not in a hurry to surgically fix a problem . He suggests other options, but then encourages you to reach back out if that option isn’t working. I appreciate his approach.

Doctor was running a little behind, they were sure to let me know. I thought that was great considering most Doctor offices don't. He was very polite and mindful of what my issue is. Overall very nice office staff and doctors.

Dr Barr is great - very knowledgeable, experienced well respected Ortho Doc. He takes a personal interest in his patients long term outcome. Highly recommend Dr Barr!
