Steve Pesso is a rare gem. As a mental health professional in this area he shows great concern and compassion for his clients. He is available by cell phone and takes his time to counsel and support his clients through difficult times. I would highly recommend him as an attorney with no hesitation.

My ex-husband was not paying what he was supposed to and was in contempt for multiple things.. I am a single mom and was desperate to get things moving ... and I had 2 references that Steve Pesso was a good person and attorney..... I got billed over $2800 and literally nothing was accomplished. My ex has still not paid anything he is supposed to and the child support office asked me why I hadn't filed for contempt or modification or done anything .... I explained that my attorney had not.. I don't have money for another attorney so I will file myself... I have bills from his office"emails with opposing counsel"...and I have asked to see the emails many times and my request was ignore....

Took me for over 10k nothing resolved!! charges for text and emails only to tell you what your not going to do and what you can’t do. Poor practice. Would never recommend!

Deplorable client communication, almost zero consulting offered, and generally poor business practices. I would recommend finding somebody else.

Do not use this attorney. Although he acts like a shark he drops the ball. No need to say more.
