Horrible attorney. Do not hire!!! After disputing the work he did for me I asked him for my money back. $1000. He offered me $100 back. I took him to arbitration and was awarded $500. DO NOT HIRE. VERY POOR EXPERIENCE.

Like the other post. We spent weeks waiting for Kuss to review our files. The office assistant said it sounded like a solid case and how awful it was. We jumped through every hoop to get everything in order and detailed. Attorney Kuss called and had not spent any time on the file. It was so obvious. I shared the full details of our undisclosed damage by the sellers and home inspector. He said that it has to be worth his time. Obviously I would not have called if it was not worth both of our times to recoup the expenses of a fraudulent real estate home disclosures and transaction. Then he had the nerve to ask for more information and when I sent it to his assistant I got a letter in a few days saying they would not take the case. No explanation of why the change. He wastes people’s times and drags things out. A simple quick call to get to the details of the situation up front and then the family can move on. But no- not this office- slow, rude, not reliable, a lot of work and leading you on only to send a letter to you. So disappointing Mr Kuss. You took a lazy approach and it’s apparent you are for the big money case and not the little people who get stuck with home issues they can’t afford!

Extremely unprofessional. Took 6 months of back and forth calls and emails from assistants promising I would receive a call back from Kuss that same day. Not only did I never hear back from him personally, I received a letter of dismissal with no explanation as to why. Stay far, far away. The only "positive review" here looks to be from the attorney himself. Laughable.
