I find it difficult to express in mere words how my lawyer, Stephen Vicari, and his paralegal, Tasha Smith, of Stewart Law Offices, helped me. I was almost killed in an auto accident. During a case like this, the splitting of the cash settlement is a set percentage, but the client pays for any outstanding hospital bills, and incidental costs.
