Didn't listen to what we asked of them. Wanted to work with our lender to repay monies owed. Even though lender asked for mediation to resolve issues we were told it was not the time to do it by a paralegal. We had asked to speak to attorney several times and never received a return call as stated. After 3 years lender was granted a foreclosure and sale date. Still no call or information has been provided.
