When choosing a tax advisor, honesty and trustworthiness should be important. In July 2017 the Michigan Attorney Discipline Board suspended Mr. Sherman's license to practice law for one year because of "conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, misrepresentation, or violation of a criminal law, where such conduct reflects adversely on the lawyer's honesty, trustworthiness, or fitness as a lawyer".

I recently had a landlord tenant issue and Stuart handled this delicate situation with professionalism and tact. He was always accessible when I needed to speak with him and was very reasonable.
