I have referred others and utilized Susan Fall's services. She is most definitely a calming presence who understands the intricacies of family law, and conveys respect to all parties involved. She works to seek fair outcomes and encourages responsible decision-making when conducting mediation. I continue to refer my clients who need a mediator to Ms. Fall, as I know they will be in good hands.

She is the most awful mediator I've every used. She is biased, does not understand the law, tries to give you law advice, which is the job of your lawyer, and tries to bully you into a bad deal. Do not use this business as your mediator. Steer clear!
