Asked for mr sussmans email, the girl gave me a wrong email, I called back the guy rudely gave me another email and hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional behavior!!!

I just called the office and spoke to a person named Kate. I was explaining my situation and she proceeded to tell me that I'm conflating the situation. First and foremost I was not. Secondly this is how you repel future clients. Why would she think it's ok for her to determine a situation? The judge does that. I called back and let her know that it's not her place to say something like that and she replied "Well that's your opinion". I told her it's not an opinion it's a fact that it's ill placed of her to reply like that to a potential client.

I will be forever grateful for the help I received from them. They were a relief to work with after suffering something traumatic; I always felt confident that I was in good hands. Another attorney referred this lawfirm, I sent in intake sheet never got a call back. I called in and the lawyer that picked up the phone said yes I received it and sent it back were not taking this case and literally hung up the phone before I could ask him anything...very non professional and wouldn't recommend.
