I have never been more misrepresented in my life. I hired Mr. Sutter to help me fight for my rights in being a misclassified independent contractor. In the beginning I didn’t feel like he fully understood my case. He did little to no research on the documents that were provided to him. Showed no interest in getting me justice. Then during a point in the case he started to side with the company that I was suing. Never once did he make me feel like he had my best interest. I think what bothered me the most is when he gave my personal information including a tax document that had my social security number on it to one of my co defendants . I came into the case with 5 other people and after each encounter that we had with him every one felt like something just wasn’t right. Something was suspicious with this guy. It got to the point where I had to away because I could no longer trust what was coming out of his mouth. PLEASE BEWARE, DO YOUR RESEARCH!!! And the moment something doesn’t feel right, it’s probably because it isn’t. I’m surprised this lawyer hasn’t been turned in to the Virginia state bar for legal malpractice.
