Suzan always does a very professional job. I have used her several times and trust her entirely. She has a very good knowledge concerning estate planning and is very easy to work with. She speaks in a way so that even the average person can understand complicated legal issues. She offers exceptional service often going above and beyond to help her clients. She always puts her clients first and does her homework to be sure that she offers the best advice.

Suzan is a wonderful attorney. She has helped me through several estate issues with my father's estate. She guided my husband and me through our initial wills in Virginia. Suzan does an extremely difficult job and does it ethically, patiently and honestly. I have worked with her several times and her clients are her priority. She does not discuss anything with family members or anyone else who are NOT her clients, which is difficult for some people to understand. Mr. Ihavenoass is completely wrong on every count. I know for a fact the house in question was not worth $350,000 at that time of sale for a variety of reasons. It sold for $271,900 which is a matter of public record…and IMO, they were lucky to get it. There was a mortgage on the house that had to be paid at settlement…also a matter of public record.
