Suzanne K. Guidera

Suzanne represented us on the purchase of our first home. As first time buyers, we had a LOT of questions. Suzanne was there to answer all of them, always available and giving sound advice to us. She was extremely patient and walked us through every step of the process, putting everything into layman’s terms for us. When our close was delayed due to the sellers, she helped come up with a solution and worked late to make sure that we could close on time on our end. We cannot recommend Suzanne enough!
