Ken Swain is the best lawyer in town. He has helped my children with all their traffic tickets, one was speeding in a school zone. He's a fighter and gets the best possible out come for all of his clients! I wouldn't use anyone else for my defense needs.

What ever your case may be Ken Swain is the guy for the job. I had two court cases on different days. He got them both done on the same day. He also got several of my charges dropped. Ken Swain is by far the best lawyer I ever had.

I was given a charge by police that I thought was unfair. At the time, I could not afford to hire my own lawyer. So, I asked the court to appoint one to me. I was concerned about the quality of lawyer I'd receive when going this route as the judge picks from a long list of lawyers, seemingly without discretion. However when the judge was performing this selection process, his expression seemed to state he found my charge as rediculous as I did. However, I'd needed a good defense lawyer. This is why I believe he picked Mr. Swain to serve as my defender. When I called his office to speak to the paralegal she was very warm and empathetic. She scheduled a time to meet with Mr. Swain to discuss the details of the case. When I finally met with Mr. Swain he discussed all of the negative scenarios that could play out from my case and my paths and options I'd be able to choose in each one. He also gave his honest emotional and moral opinion of my situation. He even explained what he has to gain from the case, in order to disclose his personal motives. I left his office greatly satisfied with our communication, agreeing with his intentions. A few days later, I was surprised to receive a call from Mr. Swain to inform me that the best scenario we had discussed had come to fruition. Mr. Swain prevented me from having to deal with any further negative impacts from the documented accusation I received. I greatly appreciate that the judge assigned Mr. Swain to me and can now assume the judge was looking out for my best interest. Thank you Mr. Swain.
