Attorney Ann Thomas did nothing for 2-3 months on my divorce case and that cost me $500. APL was involved which due to lack of any action on her part to file a simple modification l, cost me almost $3k and potentially incarceration. Apparently her other cases were more important than mine. I had to get another lawyer.

If you choose to have Tim B help you with your living will, be warned he will verbally abuse and bully your family if they choose anyone else when settling the estate. Very unprofessional and abusive. Would never recommend.

I had a consultation and had not heard anything 2 weeks later. I called on a Monday and was told that my paperwork would be filed at the courthouse by the end of the week at the latest. 2 weeks later, no paperwork and no contact. Very unprofessional.
